Fees
How we charge
Most jobs are a fixed fee, based on the scope we agree after the site visit. Larger projects follow the Board of Engineers Malaysia scale of fees, and we tell you which applies before you commit.
Answering the council's comments is included, however many rounds it takes. Site supervision can be in the fee or charged per visit, whichever suits the job.

Each one makes the core job go further. None of them is required.
- Soil investigation management. We get quotes from SI contractors, supervise the boreholes and read the results.
- Pile load tests. Specified, witnessed and reviewed, so the piles are proven before you build on them.
- As-built drawings. A record of what was actually built, for the owner and for any future extension.
- Drainage and flood check. For low-lying lots: platform levels and drains sized for Sarawak rain.
